Initially, I was thrilled, hours of battery life, cord free and mobile - something i had not enjoyed for a longtime. I use my laptop intermittently, meaning I will use it intensely for a week every 2-3months when I travel, at home, not so much. By my next trip in November, I discovered that the battery wouldn't take or hold a charge at all. Amazon customer service tried to help but it was after the return period. Although directed back to the manufacturer, they did not respond to my emails. So, if you don't mind the price for a disposable battery, this is the one for you. The battery itself was not quite a match for the factory battery, so it didn't fit especially well. I will say, however, that the instruction page that accompanied the battery was very good and provided useful information for handling all laptop batteries. So, 3 stars for instructions, zero for the battery. |
